What we collect
Identity and contact details, date of birth, address and housing, employment and income, credit and insolvency history, down payment and trade-in details, vehicle preferences, documents you send us, and records of your consents.
Why we collect it
To assess and arrange vehicle financing options, contact you about your inquiry, meet legal and regulatory obligations, and prevent fraud.
Consent
We collect, use and disclose your information with your consent. Text-message, email and credit-check consents are requested separately. You may withdraw consent at any time, subject to legal or contractual limits. Reply STOP to texts or use the unsubscribe link in emails.
Credit checks
We or the lenders we connect you with obtain your credit report only after you give express consent.
Sharing
We share your information only with lenders and service providers needed to arrange financing (for example, credit bureaus, email and SMS providers), each bound to protect it. We never sell your personal information.
Safeguards & retention
We use encryption in transit, access controls and secure storage. We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
